To claim ownership of this ISP brand you will need a proof of identity. You'll need to download a form, have an authorized representative sign it, and take a photo of that person holding the signed document.
The representative should be the CEO, CTO, COO, or some other official of your company who is publicly known to hold that role in the company and can by identified by public photos on LinkedIn, your company's website, etc. Have that person sign the printed document with a pen. Then take a photo of that person holding the signed document. We will compare the photo with public records.
Then scan the signed document in or take a high quality photo of it. You can submit this as an image or PDF.
